Can i exercise with piles?

I've been dealing with piles for a while now, and it's making daily life difficult. I usually exercise regularly to stay fit. Can I exercise with piles, or should I completely rest until the condition improves?

Honestly, please get checked by a doctor first before picking up any weights. I ignored my early pain and kept doing heavy squats thinking it would go away, but it got so much worse and I had to get surgery. Don't make the same mistake, let a proper doctor guide you on what exercises are safe right now.

Haan na, heavy lifting can make it very painful. Normal walking is totally fine and actually helps with constipation, but don't do cycling or deep squats for now ho na. Just drink lots of water and eat clean, it will get better slowly.

Hey, you can definitely stay active, but you have to avoid anything that puts pressure on your lower abdomen. Skip the heavy weightlifting and intense core workouts for a bit. Stick to light cardio like brisk walking or swimming, and please ensure you aren't straining during bowel movements as that's the main culprit.

Beta, don't worry too much, this is a very common issue at any age. In my experience, simple walking for 30 minutes and eating high-fibre foods like oats and papaya works wonders. Avoid sitting in one place for too long and skip the heavy exercises until the swelling goes down.

Yaar, actually it depends on how bad the pain is right now. If it's bleeding or hurting too much, just take a break and rest for a few days. Otherwise, light walking is perfectly fine, just avoid gym workouts where you have to hold your breath and push hard.

Please don't follow random workout tips or home remedies from the internet for this. What works for someone else might cause your piles to flare up or bleed. Book an appointment with a general surgeon or your family doctor and get a proper professional opinion on what exercises are safe for your specific case.
