Can i eat plain pasta after vomiting?

I had a terrible bout of vomiting last night, and my stomach is still feeling sensitive. I need something bland and easy to digest. Can I eat plain pasta after vomiting?

Oh, I totally get it, vomiting leaves you feeling so exhausted and empty. Plain pasta might be a bit heavy on a weak stomach. Try sticking to simple khichdi or toast first, and let your stomach settle down today.

Listen to your body, it knows when to rest and heal. Plain boiled food is fine but don't force yourself to eat if you don't feel like it. Take deep breaths, drink some warm water, and take care of yourself.

If you have diabetes, vomiting can really mess up your blood sugar levels. Plain maida pasta can cause a sudden spike once it digests. It is much safer to have thin oats gruel or a light moong dal soup right now.

Whenever my kids vomit, I avoid giving them any pasta or heavy wheat items immediately. Start with rice water (kanji) or coconut water first to restore hydration. Once they hold that down for a few hours, then move to bland solid foods.

I was reading about the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) for recovering from stomach bugs. Plain pasta might be too starchy and hard to digest right away. Better to stick to basic white rice first to be safe.

Vomiting can cause electrolyte imbalance which might affect your blood pressure. Plain pasta without salt is okay, but hydration is much more important right now. If the vomiting continues, please get a checkup immediately.
