Can i drink pedialyte after vomiting?

My toddler had a bad vomiting spell last night, and the pediatrician suggested giving him an electrolyte solution. My wife picked up Pedialyte. Can he drink Pedialyte after vomiting to rehydrate, or is there something else I should give him? I want to make sure he gets his fluids back quickly.

At my age, my stomach protests if I look at spicy food wrong! Yes, Pedialyte is a savior when you have thrown up everything. Just sip it like a luxury tea, don't chug it unless you want to see it come right back up.

Yes, absolutely! It might taste like sweet salty water meant for kids, but it will save you from feeling like a zombie today. Just drink it slowly and chill on the bed.

You can drink Pedialyte to recover your strength. In our times, we used to have light coconut water or ORS water after vomiting, which is also very effective. Give your stomach some rest before eating solids.

Pedialyte is perfect because it quickly restores electrolytes and prevents dehydration. It's actually much better than plain water which can sometimes irritate an empty stomach. Keep taking small sips.

Bhaiya, ulti ke baad shareer kamzor ho jata hai, toh yeh peena bahut accha hai. Isse dehydration nahi hoga. Thoda-thoda karke piyo, bilkul aaram milega.
