Can i clean my liver?

Lately, I've been feeling a bit sluggish and my digestion isn't great. I keep seeing posts online about 'liver detox' and 'liver cleansing' diets. Is it actually necessary or even possible to clean my liver, or is this just a fad? I want to make sure I'm doing what's best for my health.

Honestly, you don't need any fancy detox juices to clean your liver. Just focus on a clean vegetarian diet with lots of green veggies, turmeric, and beetroot. Avoid heavy fried food and excess sugar, because your liver actually cleans itself naturally when you eat simple ghar ka khana.

Actually, science says the liver is an automated detox machine itself! I track all my macro intake and hydration levels on my fitness app, and the best way to support your liver is just staying hydrated and keeping body fat in check. Skip those expensive 'liver detox' pills, they are mostly marketing gimmicks.

Let's be real, there is no such thing as a manual liver clean. If you are drinking alcohol regularly or eating junk, just stop doing that first. No green smoothie is going to undo the damage of a bad lifestyle, so just keep your basics straight and consult a doc if you feel bloated or unwell.

Don't fall for these internet trends of liver detoxing, baccha. Our bodies are designed very beautifully and the liver does its own cleaning 24/7. Just drink plenty of water, sleep on time, and don't load up on unnecessary medicines or supplements without asking a doctor.

Omg, same here, I also kept searching for liver detox diets after eating too much junk food during college exams! But my mom told me that just drinking warm water with lemon in the morning and eating fresh fruits is more than enough. Just stay consistent with basic healthy habits.
