Can high liver enzymes make you tired?

I've been feeling unusually tired and sluggish for months, despite getting enough sleep. My blood tests showed high liver enzymes. Is it possible that these elevated enzymes are the reason I'm so drained all the time?

Bro, yes! I was feeling like a complete slacker, sleeping 10 hours and still waking up exhausted. Turned out my liver enzymes were sky-high because of constant junk food. Once I cleaned up my diet, my energy came right back.

It definitely can make you feel super sluggish! 😴 When the liver is working overtime to clear out toxins, your body gets drained easily. Just drink lots of water, eat simple food, and let your body rest. You'll be back to normal soon!

Haan babu, bilkul thakan hoti hai. Jab hamara liver kamzor hota hai na, toh shareer mein bilkul jaan nahi rehti. Hamare yahan bolte hain ki thoda dahi chawal khao aur garam cheezon se bacho. Par doctor babu se dawai zaroor karwana.

I went through this and thought I had some incurable disease because the tiredness just wouldn't go away. It made me so anxious! But my doctor assured me it's just the liver needing a break. Please don't worry, get a checkup and follow the doctor's plan.

As a diabetic, I faced extreme fatigue when my liver enzymes were elevated. High blood sugar and liver stress together can make you feel totally exhausted. Please keep an eye on your glucose levels and eat high-fiber, low-glycemic foods.
