Can high liver enzymes be reversed?

My recent blood test results showed that my liver enzymes are elevated, which has me quite worried. Is it possible to reverse high liver enzymes, or will this be a permanent condition? I'm hoping to bring them back to normal.

Don't lose heart, friend! High liver enzymes are just a warning sign from your body to slow down on the heavy food. 😊 With clean home-cooked food, lots of water, and some patience, your liver will heal beautifully in a few weeks!

I completely understand how scary it feels when you see those high numbers in the report, I literally lost sleep over it. But trust me, it is 100% reversible. Just take a deep breath and consult a gastroenterologist. Most of the time, simple lifestyle shifts bring it back to normal.

Yes, absolutely reversible! My SGOT and SGPT were very high last year. Once my doctor cleared me, I started walking 45 minutes daily and cut down on fried stuff. Simple physical activity makes a huge difference in clearing liver fat.

Honestly, I cried so much when my report came back red. I thought my liver was permanently damaged. But my doctor calmed me down and said the liver is a highly resilient organ that regenerates itself. Stay strong, it gets completely normal with basic care.

Sunno, tension lene se kuch nahi hoga. Stop eating junk, commercial sugar, and alcohol completely for a month. Go get a repeat LFT test after 4 weeks and you will see the levels going down. Just be disciplined.

Reversing it doesn't require expensive treatments. Just regular home-cooked food and basic walking. For tests, check out packages from local labs online, they offer Liver Function Tests for just 400-500 rupees. Do that first before spending on heavy medicines.

Haan beta, bilkul theek ho jata hai. Mere husband ka bhi yahi issue tha. Humne ghar ka bilkul saada khana shuru kiya, boiled veggies aur haldi-paani subah dena shuru kiya. Par pehle doctor ki dawai zaroor lena, uske sath hi yeh sab karna.

Yes, it is definitely reversible. Please do not worry. Just follow what your doctor advises and keep your meals light and oil-free for some time. You will recover soon.

As a diabetic, my liver enzymes shoot up if my sugar levels are high. I had to strictly cut down on rice, potatoes, and sweets. Once my blood sugar got under control, my liver values automatically came back to normal. Watch your carb intake closely.

My physician explained that elevated enzymes usually indicate mild inflammation, often due to fatty liver or medication side effects. He put me on a low-fat diet, stopped my unwanted painkiller usage, and advised checking again in 6 weeks. It was fully resolved.

My father always says that drinking warm water with lemon helps detox the liver, but honestly, we trusted our doctor first. He gave some mild medications and asked us to repeat the LFT scan after a month. The levels came down beautifully. Please consult your physician.
