Can herniated disk pain come and go?

I've been having some on-and-off lower back pain, and I suspect it might be a herniated disc. One day it's quite bad, and the next day it's just a dull ache or gone. Is it normal for herniated disk pain to fluctuate like that?

Yeah, it totally can. My roommate has a slipped disc and some days he's completely fine playing football, and other days he can barely get out of bed. It really depends on your posture and how much pressure is on the nerve that day, so definitely get a doctor to check it out.

Bro, my disc pain used to be super unpredictable. I'd go weeks without feeling a thing, and then suddenly a wrong twist or lift would trigger a massive flare-up. It's very common for it to come and go, so don't assume it's cured just because it stopped hurting for a bit. Get a doctor's advice.

Yes, herniated disc pain fluctuates based on inflammation levels and daily spinal loading. I track my pain triggers and active minutes on my fitness app to see what causes my flare-ups. A structured rehab program supervised by a doctor or physical therapist is key to long-term relief.

Disc pain has zero respect for your schedule—it disappears when you are sitting doing nothing, and strikes right when you are trying to sleep. It definitely comes and goes depending on how much you irritate the nerve. Better show it to a physio before it ruins another night of sleep.

Yes, it absolutely can! One day you are walking around happily, and the next day the nerve gets a bit pinched and ouch! 😣 It's totally normal for the pain to fluctuate. Keep your spirits up and let a doctor guide you on safe stretching! 🌸

Yes, the pain can come and go depending on daily stress and body inflammation. Eating a clean, anti-inflammatory vegetarian diet rich in turmeric and green vegetables can help soothe the body during flare-ups. Please consult your physician for a proper long-term treatment plan.

Haan na, herniated disc pain is very unpredictable, sometimes it just disappears for days and then suddenly starts again. This happens when the swelling on the nerve reduces and increases. Pls don't neglect it even if it feels fine now, show it to a doctor once.
