Can hepatitis be transmitted through saliva and sweat?

I volunteer at an old age home and some residents have Hepatitis. I'm always careful, but I want to be aware of all possible transmission routes during daily care. Can Hepatitis be transmitted through saliva and sweat?

I used to panic every time I sweated at the gym, thinking I might spread it, but it actually doesn't transmit through saliva or sweat. You cannot catch or give Hepatitis B through normal sweat or sharing a drink. It only spreads through direct blood contact, so relax!

At my age, walking up the stairs makes me sweat like crazy, but thankfully Hepatitis doesn't spread through sweat or saliva! You can live normally with your family without worrying about casual contact. Just don't let anyone borrow your shaving razor.

Nahi, sweat aur saliva se ye bilkul nahi phelta hai, toh bematlab ki chinta mat karo. Aap aaram se dosto ke sath khel sakte ho aur ghoom sakte ho, koi problem nahi hogi, thik hai na?

No, the virus is not transmitted through saliva or sweat. A simple and practical way to keep everyone safe at home is to ensure everyone has their own towel and toothbrush, which is just good general hygiene anyway.

No, it doesn't transmit through sweat or saliva, which means you can safely work out or go for daily walks with others. Just maintain basic gym hygiene like wiping down equipment, and check with your doctor for general safety.
