My back aches just sitting here, and reading about liver cancer is not helping! Yes, chronic Hep B can increase the risk of liver cancer if left untreated. So, please take your pills and don't ignore it like I ignore my exercise.

While eating fresh food and avoiding oil helps support the liver, chronic Hepatitis B can indeed lead to serious conditions like liver cancer over many years. Please do not try home remedies for this; see a specialist for proper treatment.

When my teenager was diagnosed, this was my biggest fear. The specialist explained that with proper daily antiviral medicines, the risk of liver damage and cancer goes down significantly. Just stick to the doctor's plan.

Yes, chronic infection can cause liver cancer. To prevent complications, plan for regular viral load tests and ultrasounds every six months. You can find packages at local labs to keep the costs manageable.
