Can hemorrhoids cause stomach and back pain?

Lately, I've been experiencing both stomach and back pain, and I also have hemorrhoids. I'm trying to understand if there's a single cause for all these issues. Can hemorrhoids cause both stomach and back pain?

While hemorrhoids themselves do not directly cause stomach or back pain, the underlying chronic constipation and pelvic straining can lead to both referred back pain and abdominal discomfort. It is crucial to have a professional medical evaluation to ensure there are no other gastrointestinal issues. Please consult your physician.

Has anyone else felt this weird dull ache in their lower stomach and back when their piles flare up? It is making me so anxious and I keep worrying if it is something serious. Please let me know if this is normal or if I should run to the clinic.

I faced this exact combo of stomach and back pain last year when my piles were at their worst. Straining on the toilet pot just strains your whole lower body. My advice is to stop googling, go to a general physician, and get some proper medicine.

Even if stomach and back pain are often caused by the constipation associated with piles, it is always safest to get it checked. You don't want to overlook any other issue in the abdominal cavity or spine. Please book a doctor's appointment soon.

Chronic constipation causes a lot of core and lower back strain when you lift weights or even sit, which also worsens hemorrhoids. Focus on a high-fiber diet, proper hydration, and light stretching for your back. Still, keep your doctor in the loop about the pain.

Bro, my stomach and back felt like they were staging a protest together because of my piles! It's usually just the pressure of constipation playing tricks on your body. Go see a doctor and get some relief before your digestive system decides to completely go on strike.

I had stomach cramps and lower back pain along with piles, so I visited Max Hospital to get it sorted. The doctor explained that abdominal pressure from constipation was the main culprit. I highly recommend visiting a good hospital to get a clear diagnosis instead of guessing.

I completely understand the discomfort you are going through with both stomach and back ache. Try drinking warm milk with a spoon of castor oil or Isabgol at night to ease the constipation pressure, and use a hot water bottle for your back. But do consult a doctor if the pain doesn't subside.

I track my fiber intake and daily steps on my fitness app, and I've noticed a direct link between low activity, constipation, and lower back soreness. Hemorrhoids just make it worse because of the pelvic strain. Log your water intake, try to hit 8k steps daily, and definitely consult a doctor for clinical advice.

I used to panic thinking I had some terrible disease when my stomach and back started aching during a piles flare-up. It turned out to be just gas and muscle strain from severe constipation. Once my doctor gave me a stool softener, all the pain vanished, so please relax.
