Can hemorrhoids cause pelvic pain?

I've been having some pelvic pain, and I also suffer from hemorrhoids. I was wondering if these two could be related. Is it possible for hemorrhoids to cause pelvic pain?

Yes, severe piles can definitely cause a heavy, aching feeling in the entire pelvic floor because of all the swelling and pressure. Warm sitz baths with a little Epsom salt worked wonders for me in soothing that whole area. But please don't ignore it if the pain is severe; consult a doctor to get proper treatment.

I had internal piles last year and the constant pelvic pressure made it super uncomfortable to even sit. My doctor told me the muscles in the pelvic region tighten up because of the rectal inflammation. Just go see a doctor and get it treated, it's not worth dragging on.

Please don't trust random forum advice or try weird home remedies for pelvic pain. The pelvic region contains many organs, and assuming the pain is only from hemorrhoids can be risky. Verify your symptoms with a qualified physician to get the right treatment.

Haan, bilkul ho sakta hai na, pelvic area mein heavy feel hona normal hai jab piles badh jate hain. Poore niche ke area mein swelling ho jaati hai toh uncomfortable lagta hi hai. Ek baar achhe doctor ko dikha lo taaki sahi dawai mil sake.

For mild pelvic discomfort from piles, keeping your bowels loose with fiber-rich food and drinking warm water helps immensely. However, pelvic pain can also be a sign of other internal issues, so if it is sharp or doesn't go away, you must see a doctor immediately.

I went to a specialist at Apollo for my pelvic pain because I was worried it was something else, and they confirmed it was due to inflamed internal piles. I suggest you visit a good hospital and ask your doctor clearly to run basic checks. It is always better to get a professional diagnosis.
