Can heat cause a stroke?

With the extreme summer temperatures we've been having, I'm worried about my elderly parents. Can prolonged exposure to high heat actually cause a stroke?

Haan, bilkul ho sakta hai! Extreme heat waves can lead to heat stroke, jo ki ek medical emergency hai. Doop me bina wajah mat niklo aur hamesha apne aap ko hydrated rakho, samjhe na?

Being a patient of hypertension, I know how dangerous high heat can be for our circulation. Heat stroke or even cardiovascular strain can happen if you exert yourself in the sun. Please monitor your blood pressure and avoid going out in the peak heat.

Bro, my friend fainted during football practice in June due to severe heat exhaustion. The doctors said it was close to a heat stroke. It is no joke, so stay indoors when it is boiling outside.

Drinking raw mango panna or aam panna is a traditional way to protect the body from intense heat. However, if someone is dizzy, confused, or has a high fever from the sun, please skip home remedies and take them to a doctor immediately.

Yes, extreme heat can be very dangerous and lead to a heat stroke! Please stay safe, drink lots of nimbu paani, and wear a hat if you have to go out in the sun.
