Can gas cause arm pain?

I've been having this strange pain in my arm, and I can't figure out why. A friend jokingly said it might be gas, but I wanted to know if gas can really cause pain that extends to the arm.

Sometimes severe acidity or gas bloating can cause a radiating pressure that feels like it is moving towards your upper body or shoulder. Gently practicing Pawanmuktasana or slow deep breathing can help release this pressure, but pay close attention to where the pain actually is.

I have heard that severe gastric pressure can sometimes cause referred pain in the upper body, but arm pain is not a very typical symptom of gas. Since our bodies are so complex, please be careful and don't just write it off as gas. It might be better to monitor it closely.

Yes, gas pressure can occasionally feel like it's radiating to your left shoulder or arm, but it is rare. Please be careful if the pain is sudden or heavy.

My child, sometimes heavy wind or 'vatha' in the body can cause aches in the joints and arms, but we must be very careful with upper body pain. If the arm pain is accompanied by any tightness or sweating, do not use any home remedies. Please go to a hospital immediately.

Hey, don't stress too much, it could just be a minor muscle pull from sleeping in a weird position or lifting something heavy. Sometimes we connect unrelated things to gas! Rest your arm for a day, but if it feels heavy or numb, definitely get it checked by a doctor right away.

Please do not ignore left arm pain by thinking it is just gas. My cousin thought his radiating arm pain and chest discomfort was just acidity, but it turned out to be a heart issue. If you have any chest pressure, sweating, or breathing trouble with this arm pain, please go to an emergency room immediately.
