Can garlic cause heart attack?

My grandmother always tells me to eat a lot of garlic for good health, but I recently saw a scary post online suggesting garlic can cause heart attacks. Is there any truth to this, or is it just a myth, actually?

My doctor actually explained that garlic does not cause heart attacks; in fact, it is often considered good for cardiovascular health. However, if you are on blood thinners, consuming extreme amounts of garlic can increase bleeding risks. Always discuss your diet with your doctor if you have heart conditions.

Garlic is a natural herb and, when taken in moderation, is known to support our body's health rather than harm it. Have faith in nature, eat simple meals with positive thoughts, and always consult a doctor if you feel any chest discomfort.

According to most nutrition and fitness databases, garlic is cardioprotective because of its active compound, allicin. It doesn't cause heart attacks at all. If you are tracking your heart health, focus on your daily cardio and overall lipid profile instead.

We have been using garlic in our cooking for generations, and it has only helped keep the body warm and digestion good. It does not cause any heart problems. Eat your home-cooked meals happily and don't listen to baseless rumors.

In my family, we have been consuming garlic daily in our curries for years, and none of us have ever had any heart issues from it. It actually helps with my acidity sometimes. But if you have specific heart concerns, please consult a medical professional.
