Our digestive system is deeply connected to our lifestyle and peace of mind. Fatty liver can disturb our digestion, leading to upset stomach or diarrhea. Stay positive, eat simple satvik food, and let your body heal.

I used to have constant stomach issues and diarrhea when my fatty liver was at its worst, and it made me feel so miserable and anxious. I promise it gets better once you start taking care of your liver health.

Yes, fatty liver affects bile production which is needed for digesting fat, causing stomach upset. Once your doctor allows, starting daily brisk walks of 30 minutes can really help boost your sluggish metabolism.

Persistent diarrhea can lead to severe dehydration and might point to other liver or gallbladder complications. I suffered from this and had to undergo clinical tests. Please consult a doctor instead of ignoring it.
