Can exhaustion cause fever?

I've been working non-stop for weeks and feel utterly exhausted, both mentally and physically. Now, on top of that, I've developed a slight fever. Could this extreme exhaustion be causing my fever, or is it just bad timing?

Haan, severe fatigue can make the body feel completely drained and warm, na. Actually, taking a good sleep and drinking warm fluids usually helps, but if it is actual high fever then see a doctor.

Drinking warm turmeric milk and taking steam can really help relax a tired, warm body. But if you have a high fever with shivering, don't rely on home remedies and visit a clinic immediately.

I completely understand how scary it is when your body starts feeling warm after a stressful week. I used to panic thinking it was a major illness, but usually, it was just my body begging for some rest.

My family physician explained that extreme physical or mental stress can temporarily weaken the immune system, making you more susceptible to minor viral bugs. Rest is the primary recovery tool here.

Actually, when I pulled consecutive all-nighters for my project, I literally got a mild fever the next day, yaar. Our bodies just shut down when we don't sleep. Just crash and sleep it off.

Between handling office work and my toddler, my body constantly feels like it is running on a 1% battery and heating up. A solid 8 hours of sleep is the only real cure, but who has the time for that!

When your hormones are already imbalanced, severe exhaustion can definitely make you feel physically sick and feverish. Be gentle with yourself, rest up, and consult your doctor if it doesn't get better.

After turning 45, even a simple trip to the local market feels like climbing Mt. Everest and makes my body ache with mild warmth. Rest well, drink some warm soup, and let the body recover.
