Can erectile dysfunction caused by diabetes be reversed?

I've been a diabetic for many years now, and unfortunately, it has also affected my intimate life. My doctor said it's a common complication, but I want to know if there's any hope. Can erectile dysfunction caused by diabetes actually be reversed?

It is absolutely possible to improve it significantly if you get your blood sugar under control. Focus on a high-protein diet, cut out the simple carbs, and start lifting weights or doing heavy cardio. Better blood flow solves half the problem.

Haan beta, bilkul thik ho sakta hai. Mere padosi ko bhi yeh takleef thi sugar ki wajah se. Unhone apna khana peena thik kiya aur doctor ki dawa samay par li, ab woh bilkul achhe hain. Himmat mat haro.

Hey bro, don't stress too much about this. Once you manage your diabetes with proper medication and start eating clean, the blood circulation improves and things get back to normal. Just take it one step at a time.

Yes, managing your HbA1c levels is key to reversing diabetic nerve and blood vessel damage. However, it's best to work closely with both your endocrinologist and a urologist for a safe and effective treatment plan.

I was actually reading up on this because my uncle has severe diabetes. From what I found, keeping your blood sugar stable can definitely halt and even reverse the vascular damage over time. It's all about consistent sugar control.

I tried eating amla, jamun seeds, and various herbs to control my sugar and help my performance. While they do help as support, you ultimately need the right diabetes medication to properly reverse the symptoms. Don't avoid the doctor.

Yes, practicing daily pranayama and specific yoga asanas like Paschimottanasana helps improve pelvic blood flow and calms the nervous system. Combine this gentle practice with your regular medical treatment for the best results.

Look, if you keep your blood sugar at 250, nothing will get reversed. First, get your diabetes completely under control with the help of a doctor and daily walks, and you will see the improvement yourself.

Beta, controlling your sugar is the most important thing. Along with your doctor's medicine, drink bitter gourd (karela) juice in the morning and avoid all sweets. Your body will slowly regain its strength.
