Can energy drinks hurt your liver?

My brother drinks energy drinks like water, especially when he's studying, and I'm always telling him it's bad for him. I've read that they can really damage your organs. Can energy drinks actually hurt your liver badly?

Honestly, excess of anything artificial is bad. I had to cut down on these drinks completely when my BP shot up. It's better to get your liver function tests done yearly and stick to water or fresh lime juice instead.

Actually yes, my liver enzymes were highly elevated last year because I was drinking 2 cans daily. Once I stopped them entirely and drank lots of water, my reports came back normal in three months. Please don't take these drinks lightly.

Bro, I survive on red bulls to pull night shifts but my doctor literally scolded me last week. Said my gut and liver are crying for help because of all the chemical overload. Now I am trying to stick to black coffee but sleep is still a luxury.

Yes, they absolutely can if you have them regularly. The high sugar and chemicals load your liver too much.

Beta, yeh sab botal wala paani nuksaan hi karta hai. Hamare gharon mein chach aur lassi peete hain sab, usse thandak milti hai. Yeh dukan ki cheezein chhod do aur apna dhyan rakho.

Why drink these canned chemicals when you can have fresh coconut water or nimbu paani at home? If you are already feeling some pain in your upper stomach or have nausea, please go and see a doctor immediately instead of ignoring it.

I love my spicy biryani and cold drinks, but even I stay away from energy drinks! They taste so artificial and actually make you crave more junk. Better to save your liver for some real delicious food, no?

Our body is a temple, we should feed it things that bring life and energy naturally. Don't worry, just start making better choices from today and keep a positive mind. Try herbal teas and let your body heal itself.

I am not a doctor, but when I used to drink these during gym sessions, my liver values went slightly up in my annual checkup. My physician told me to stop them, and in my next test, everything was back to normal.

Oh god, I read a whole research paper on this because I was having panic attacks about my liver. Apparently the high dose of niacin in some energy drinks can cause liver toxicity. If you feel even a bit tired or have yellow eyes, please go get an LFT done right away.

Haan yaar, bilkul kar sakti hai. Inme itna sugar aur caffeine hota hai na ki body handle nahi kar paati. Din mein ek baar chalta hai par habit mat banao, liver pe load padta hai.

Please be very careful. My cousin ended up in the hospital with severe liver inflammation because of a bad habit of mixing energy drinks. It is best to consult a good doctor and get a scan done before things get serious.
