Can elevated liver enzymes cause death?

My brother recently got diagnosed with significantly elevated liver enzymes, and we are all very concerned about his health. We know it's serious, but we are scared to ask the doctor directly. Can having very high liver enzymes eventually lead to death?

Nahi beta, aisi baatein soch kar mann chota mat karo. High liver enzymes just mean the liver is crying for a little rest and care. Eat simple home food, avoid oil, and everything will be fine with God's grace.

High enzymes themselves do not cause death, but they indicate an underlying liver issue that needs attention. It is highly critical that you consult a specialist doctor and get a proper diagnosis instead of ignoring it.

Please do not worry so much. It is very common to have elevated enzymes, and they usually get normal with simple lifestyle changes. Stay positive.

Let's be realistic, elevated enzymes are just a warning sign, not a death sentence. It simply means you need to stop ignoring your health, cut down on alcohol and junk, and get a professional checkup done ASAP. It's totally manageable.

Usually, slight elevations are harmless and can be corrected with amla juice or warm water. However, if you are experiencing severe symptoms like yellow eyes, dark urine, or extreme fatigue, do not wait. Go see a doctor immediately.

Not at all, the liver is a wonderful organ that can heal itself nicely. Try adding more leafy greens, beetroot, and warm water with lemon to your diet while cutting down on heavy fried food. Proper vegetarian nutrition makes a massive difference.

I literally cried and wrote my will when my liver report came back high last year, thinking the worst. Turns out it was just a mild fatty liver from eating too much bakery stuff. A few lifestyle changes and my reports are perfectly normal now, so please don't stress!

No need to panic about extreme outcomes. Just go to a local lab, get a basic LFT test and an ultrasound done—it will cost you around 1500 to 2000 rupees total. That will give you a clear picture so you can plan your treatment budget-wise.

Don't think about such extreme things! Once your doctor gives the green light, starting a simple 30-minute daily walk can do wonders to reduce liver fat and bring those enzymes down. Physical activity is a lifesaver here.

Chill bro, my SGPT was touching 150 last year after a bad bout of food poisoning and junk food. I thought I was done for, but doc said it's totally reversible. Just stop drinking and eat clean, it drops back to normal.
