Can ejaculating too much cause testicular pain?

Sometimes after frequent ejaculations, I feel a dull ache in my testicles. I'm wondering if this is normal or if it indicates some kind of strain. Can ejaculating too often or too much cause testicular pain?

I completely understand how worrying this can be, as any pain down there can make anyone panic. Yes, frequent ejaculation can cause muscle strain or mild aching due to overwork of the pelvic muscles. Just give your body some rest and it should settle down.

I have experienced this myself after a very active weekend. It is usually just pelvic floor fatigue or epididymitis from overuse. Taking a break for a few days and wearing supportive underwear really helps clear it up.

Honestly, yes, it happens if you overdo it. Just take a break for a few days and don't stress. It's pretty normal and goes away on its own once you rest.

Excess of anything can disturb the body's natural balance. Frequent ejaculation can strain the delicate nerves and muscles in the pelvic region. Practicing gentle stretching and resting your body is the best way to heal.

Yes, absolutely! Just like any other muscle, if you overwork it, it's going to get sore. Just take a little break for a few days and let your body recover, you'll be perfectly fine! 👍

Listen, there is no need to panic. Overexertion can cause mild muscle soreness in that area, which is very common. Just rest for a couple of days, and if you notice any swelling or severe pain, let a doctor check it out.

Yes, it can cause aching, but please be careful. I once ignored testicular pain thinking it was just fatigue, but it turned out to be a mild infection that needed antibiotics. If the pain is sharp or doesn't go away, go see a doctor immediately.
