Can ed be reversed in diabetes?

I've had diabetes for about 10 years now, and recently I've been experiencing issues with ED. My doctor mentioned it's a common complication. I'm wondering if this condition can be reversed or at least improved once it starts, especially if I control my sugar better?

It is definitely possible to see major improvements. When you get your blood sugar down through regular strength training and a clean diet, blood flow throughout the body naturally gets much better. Consistency with your workouts is key here.

Hey, from what I've read and heard, yes it can be managed. Controlling diabetes is the main thing here. Don't stress too much about it, just focus on keeping your lifestyle healthy and talk to a doctor.

Managing blood sugar naturally through daily walks and drinking methi water in the morning can really help improve blood circulation. However, for proper recovery and to avoid complications, you must consult your doctor for a tailored treatment plan.

Yes, ED in diabetic patients is closely linked to nerve and blood vessel damage from high sugar. By strictly managing your HbA1c levels through medication and lifestyle, you can significantly reverse or improve the symptoms. Please discuss this openly with your endocrinologist.

Yes, but you really have to curb those sweet cravings! Cutting down on sugar and processed carbs is crucial for blood flow. I had to strictly replace my sweet tooth with fruits and nuts, and the health benefits were totally worth it.

Beta, don't lose heart. In my 50s, my diabetes caused the same issues, but once I controlled my diet, stopped smoking, and started morning walks, things improved a lot. It takes time and patience, but it is manageable.
