Can eating too fast cause vomiting?

Sometimes, when I'm really hungry or in a rush, I eat my food very quickly. Afterward, I occasionally feel nauseous or even end up vomiting. Is it possible that eating too fast can cause me to throw up?

Yes, absolutely! When you gulp down food quickly, you swallow a lot of air too, which makes your stomach bloat and feel sick. 🥣 Just chew slowly and enjoy your meals peace fully!

I used to swallow my lunch in 5 minutes between client calls and end up feeling extremely nauseous. Now I block 15 minutes on my calendar just for eating. It prevents indigestion and that sudden urge to throw up.

Mere ghar pe bache hamesha jaldi mein khate hain aur ulti jaisa lagta hai. If this happens, sit upright for 30 minutes, don't drink too much water immediately, and take a small piece of ginger to chew. It really settles the stomach.

Please don't take constant vomiting lightly. I thought it was just because of my fast eating habits, but it turned out to be a severe ulcer issue that got worse because I delayed going to the doctor. Get yourself checked if it keeps happening.

Haan bilkul, jaldi jaldi khane se pet ko digest karne ka time nahi milta na. Food pipe block jaisa lagta hai aur phir body reject kar deti hai. Thoda aaram se chaba ke khaya karo, koi bhaag-daud nahi hai.
