Can dulcolax cause vomiting?

Yesterday, I took Dulcolax to help with my constipation, and since then I've been feeling quite nauseous. This morning I actually vomited. Is vomiting a common side effect of taking Dulcolax?

Haan babu, mujhe bhi Dulcolax lene ke baad bahut ulti jaisa laga tha aur pet me मरोड़ (cramps) bhi utha tha. Bahut tez dawa hoti hai ye, thoda dhyan rakhiyega aur paani khoob pijiye.

Yes, nausea and vomiting are known side effects of strong laxatives. If you throw up, please stop taking it and stay hydrated.

Omg, did you also feel super sick after taking it? I took one pill last night and woke up feeling extremely nauseous and dizzy. Did anyone else experience this or should I worry?

Haan na, stomach severe cramps se nausea aur vomiting ho sakti hai. It can be very strong for some people. Thoda halka khana khao aur doctor se pooch ke koi dusra option le lo.

Don't listen to random suggestions online if you are vomiting. Vomiting can lead to severe dehydration quickly, so please go to a clinic and ask a qualified doctor what to do.

I had terrible nausea after taking it once. I drank some ginger tea and it really helped settle my stomach. Try to rest and stick to natural fiber like papaya in the future if your body doesn't suit this tablet.

When I had this issue, my doctor at Fortis clearly told me that sudden bowel movement stimulation can trigger vomiting in some sensitive stomachs. Please consult your physician so they can adjust your dose or change the medicine.
