Can drinking cause lung cancer?

My husband smoked for a long time, and I've also been a social drinker for years. Now we're both worried about cancer risks. Can drinking alcohol contribute to lung cancer, even without smoking?

Lung cancer is mostly linked to smoking, not direct drinking. But honestly, when people drink, they often end up smoking more or eating unhealthy fried stuff. If you want to stay healthy, focus on good food and limit the alcohol. Consult a doctor if you have serious health concerns.

Nahi yaar, lung cancer ka main reason toh smoking ya pollution hota hai, alcohol se direct nahi hota. Par haan, jo log drink karte hain wo saath me smoke bhi karte hain na, toh risk double ho jata hai. Kuch bhi major doubt ho toh doctor se consult kar lo.

Directly, drinking does not cause lung cancer, as that is heavily linked to smoking and inhaling toxins. However, alcohol reduces your body's overall immunity and healing power. Deep pranayama and a clean lifestyle can help protect your lungs, but please talk to a medical professional for clarity.

No, alcohol doesn't directly cause lung cancer, but heavy drinking weakens your immune system. Please consult a doctor for proper medical advice.

I also panicked and searched this up online when I had a bad cough after a party. It turns out drinking doesn't directly cause lung cancer, though it can irritate your respiratory system. Don't worry too much, but if you have a persistent cough or chest pain, please visit a doctor.

While smoking is the primary cause of lung cancer, some studies suggest heavy alcohol intake might slightly increase the risk or worsen general lung health. Eating antioxidant-rich food and staying away from toxins is very important. Always consult a physician for verified health facts.
