Can diarrhea cause piles?

I've had issues with diarrhea on and off for a while now. My uncle mentioned that continuous loose motions can sometimes lead to piles. Is there any truth to this? I'm a bit worried.

Yes, sitting on the toilet seat for too long during diarrhea can definitely trigger them! Try not to strain too much and use a small stool under your feet to make things easier. Take care of your tummy and stay hydrated!

Frequent loose motions can put a lot of pressure on those lower veins, leading to hemorrhoids. Since I manage high BP, my doctor always warns me that straining too much is bad for the system overall. Make sure to get a proper medical checkup and look into your diet to keep your bowel movements regular.

Haan, bilkul ho sakta hai agar stomach baar-baar kharab rahe toh. Actually constant irritation aur bathroom mein zyada der baithne se blood vessels pe pressure padta hai na. Isiliye diarrhea ko light mat lo, thoda dahi-chawal khao aur stomach theek karo pehle.

I read that chronic loose stools can irritate the rectal lining and cause swelling, but it is best to ask a specialist. I always prefer visiting a proper gastroenterologist at a good hospital instead of guessing. They can easily explain the exact cause and give you the right treatment.

The toilet bowl becomes your permanent throne during diarrhea, and that endless sitting is exactly what invites unwanted guests like piles! Keep your phone outside the washroom so you don't scroll for hours and make the pressure worse. It will settle down once your gut behaves.
