Can diabetics have sugar?

I was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and I'm still trying to understand all the dietary restrictions. The main thing everyone tells me is 'no sugar'. Does this mean diabetics can never have any form of sugar at all, even a little bit?

Having high sugar along with high blood pressure is a double risk for the heart. Normal white sugar should be completely avoided because it causes quick spikes. Keep monitoring both your BP and blood sugar weekly, and stick to a clean diet.

Eating white sugar will increase your medical bills on insulin, medicines, and doctor visits. It is much more economical to cut out sugar completely now and save that money for regular health checkups and glucometer strips.

Hey dear, don't stress too much! You don't have to live a completely bitter life. Just replace regular white sugar with stevia or erythritol in your daily tea, and you can still enjoy your mornings without any guilt.

Let us be very honest, white sugar is poison for diabetics. There is no middle ground here. Stop having it in your tea, biscuits, and sweets if you want to avoid serious nerve and kidney damage later.

As a massive foodie, giving up sugar was the hardest thing ever! But I realized that even a small spoon of sugar in my dessert sends my levels shooting up. Now I satisfy my sweet tooth with sugar-free dark chocolate or sweet berries.

The real sweetness in life comes from peace and contentment, not from white sugar. Treat your body like a temple, avoid processed sugar, and stay positive. With some self-discipline and meditation, managing your health will feel much easier.

No, refined white sugar is strictly not recommended for diabetics as it causes dangerous and immediate blood glucose spikes.

Babu, chini khana bilkul band kar dijiye, ye sharir ke liye acchi nahi hai. Iski jagah dahi ya feeka dhoodh pijiye, dheere dheere aadat ho jayegi aur aap bilkul tandurust rahenge.
