Can diabetics have noodles?

My family loves having noodles for dinner sometimes, especially Indo-Chinese style. I have diabetes, so I usually avoid them, but I was wondering if there are any types of noodles that are okay for me.

Oh, Chinese food cravings are the hardest to resist! Standard instant noodles are a big no-no, but you can try whole wheat noodles or even zoodles (zucchini noodles). Toss them with soy sauce and lots of veggies, it is absolutely delicious!

Don't worry, you don't have to give up noodles completely. Regular maida noodles will definitely spike your sugar, but you can easily switch to ragi, oats, or shirataki noodles. Just load them up with lots of vegetables and some paneer to keep it safe.

If you eat those instant 2-minute noodles, your sugar levels will rise in 2 seconds! But if you use high-fiber noodles and eat a small portion, you will be fine. Just don't let the noodle monster take over your kitchen!

Dude, instant noodles are literally college survival food, but when my roommate got diagnosed, we had to find alternatives. We found these multi-grain and millet noodles online, and they are actually pretty good and don't spike his sugar at all.

Along with sugar, I also have to manage my blood pressure, so packaged noodles with high-sodium taste makers are very risky for me. If you want noodles, make them at home using fresh whole wheat noodles and use very little salt. Regular checkups are a must!

I have had diabetes for 25 years now, beta. In my experience, if you eat high-carb foods like noodles, you will face complications later. It is much better to eat simple, traditional food, but if you must eat noodles, keep the quantity very small.

I have both thyroid and diabetes, so my metabolism is quite slow. Heavy foods like maida noodles really bloat me and mess up my glucose levels. It is best to avoid them, focus on fiber, and get your blood tests done regularly to monitor progress.

In our house, we love our vermicelli noodles, but our doctor warned us that simple carbs can cause sharp glucose spikes. He recommended trying millet-based noodles instead, which has worked beautifully for my father's sugar readings.
