Can diabetics have coconut sugar?

I'm looking for natural sweeteners that won't spike my blood sugar too much. I've heard about coconut sugar as an alternative. Can diabetics have coconut sugar, or is it just like regular sugar?

Even though it sounds super natural and healthy, coconut sugar is still sugar at the end of the day. It has a similar calorie count to white sugar and will spike your glucose levels. It is much better to avoid it and stick to fresh, fiber-rich fruits for sweet cravings!

Please be careful with coconut sugar as it contains a lot of sucrose and can spike your blood glucose. It is best to avoid it and stay healthy.

I completely understand how depressing it feels when you can't even enjoy a cup of sweet tea anymore, it really took an emotional toll on me. But please don't turn to coconut sugar for comfort. It will still harm your health, and it's better to accept the diet changes gently for your own well-being.

My mom bought coconut sugar thinking it's safe for my diabetic grandfather, but her doctor told us it's basically the same as white sugar. Don't fall for the Instagram fitness reels saying it is a miracle substitute. It is not safe for daily use.

Look, let's be very honest. Coconut sugar is just regular sugar with a fancier name and price tag. It will raise your blood sugar just as fast. Stop wasting money on these trendy health items and focus on a clean, sugar-free diet as advised by your doctor.

I have been so confused about this because some health blogs say coconut sugar has a low GI and is totally fine. But when I asked my family doctor, he strictly said no. Did anyone else get confused by these online health articles? It makes me so anxious to choose the right food.

Haan, coconut sugar aaj kal bohot trend mein hai, par hai toh sugar hi na. Ismein bhi wahi calories aur carbs hote hain jo normal cheeni mein hote hain. Isliye isse door hi raho aur apne doctor ki advise follow karo, bina matlab sugar level badh jayega.

I know how desperately we search for sweet alternatives when we have diabetes. I tried using coconut sugar in home remedies and tea, but my sugar readings went up anyway. Practically speaking, it is best to avoid all kinds of sugar and let your body heal naturally.
