Can diabetics eat sunflower seeds?

My doctor advised me to include more healthy fats and fiber in my diet. I was thinking about sunflower seeds as a snack option. Are sunflower seeds good for diabetics, and how much can I eat without affecting my blood sugar?

Sunflower seeds are very natural and good for health, you can definitely eat them. Just roast them lightly at home without too much salt. But if your sugar is consistently high, please consult a doctor for proper treatment.

Actually, sunflower seeds are a great snack option, yaar. They have healthy fats and almost zero carbs, so they won't spike your sugar levels. I keep a small packet in my bag for quick munching.

Haan bilkul, sunflower seeds bahut acche hote hain sugar ke marij ke liye. Inme fiber hota hai jo fayda karta hai. Bas dhyan rakhiyega ki bina namak wale hi khayein.

My dad started eating sunflower seeds with his evening green tea instead of biscuits. They are super crunchy and actually pretty good for managing sugar. You should definitely try them!
