Can diabetics eat seafood?

I love eating seafood like prawns and fish, but since my diabetes diagnosis, I've been very careful. My husband says it's healthy protein. Is seafood generally safe for diabetics, or should I limit certain types or cooking methods?

Honestly, I am so sleep-deprived that I can barely think, but seafood is actually quite safe for sugar. It is packed with protein and doesn't have carbs to ruin your sleep or your blood sugar. Just don't deep-fry it!

I remember crying in the grocery store because I felt like I couldn't eat anything safe anymore. It is a really tough emotional journey. But seafood is actually a great, safe choice that won't spike your levels and will keep you healthy.

Seafood is excellent for diabetics because of the high protein and omega-3 content. Just avoid creamy restaurant sauces and frying. Stick to grilled, baked, or tandoori options for the best results.

I follow a vegetarian diet, but nutritional data shows seafood is very low-carb and high in protein. If you do eat it, make sure it is cooked cleanly without heavy oils. Always consult your dietitian to balance your meals.

Hey, don't worry, seafood is actually very good for you. It has healthy fats that are great for your heart, which is very important when you have diabetes. Just enjoy it grilled or in a light curry.

I recently brought my HbA1c down significantly, and eating grilled fish regularly was a big part of it. It fills you up without affecting your glucose levels. Just make sure to prepare it with very little oil.

My doctor told me to cut down on mutton and eat fish instead, so now I am practically a penguin. But it really helps keep the sugar in check. Just enjoy it baked or steamed and save yourself the trouble.
