Can diabetics eat ramen noodles?

I'm often in a hurry and think about having instant ramen noodles for a quick meal. I'm diabetic, and I'm unsure if these are safe for my diet. Can diabetics eat ramen noodles, or should I look for healthier alternatives?

Bro, instant ramen noodles are basically pure maida and will spike your sugar instantly. I love them too, but for my dad, we started using millet noodles with lots of egg whites and veggies to make it safer.

Some websites claim you can eat ramen if you drain the water, but do not trust these internet hacks. Processed flour noodles are highly glycemic, so check with your doctor or dietician before eating them.

Along with diabetes, I have high BP, and instant ramen noodles have extremely high sodium levels which is dangerous for me. Please monitor your pressure and sugar levels regularly, and avoid these packaged noodles completely.

Processed foods like ramen noodles clog our system and cause severe sugar spikes. From my experience, a simple hot bowl of vegetable vegetable soup with a little boiled barley is much better for health and peace of mind.

It is always better to cook simple food at home like roasted barley or wheat daliya instead of eating instant ramen. However, if your sugar levels are running consistently high or you feel dizzy, please consult a doctor immediately.

haan na, ramen noodles look so delicious but they are really bad for health. They are deep fried during processing, so they have bad fats and refined flour. It is better to stay away from them.

Ramen noodles are so convenient, but my glucometer literally laughs at me whenever I eat them. It is basically a direct ticket to a sugar spike, so I have had to say a sad goodbye to them.
