Can diabetics eat papaya daily?

My wife tells me papaya is very good for digestion and overall health. I have diabetes, and I was thinking of eating it every day. Is it safe for a diabetic to consume papaya daily, or should it be limited?

Haan, roz kha sakte hain par portion control sabse bada niyam hai. Ek choti katori dophar ke samay khayiye, subah khali pet khane se bachiye agar acidity hoti ho to. Isse kharcha bhi kam hoga aur sehat bhi achhi rahegi.

Papaya is actually one of the most budget-friendly fruits you can buy daily. Eating a small bowl is great, but make sure you plan your monthly sugar test costs alongside. Regular checking helps ensure that even healthy fruits like papaya are not causing hidden spikes.

Haan ji bilkul kha sakte hain roz, isme kya dikkat hai na. Bas dhyan rakhna ki papita acche se paka ho par bohot zyada gala hua meetha na ho. Ek chota bowl daily snack ki tarah perfect hai.

My uncle has had diabetes for years and he eats a bowl of papaya daily in the evening. His sugar levels are totally stable. Just don't add any extra sugar or chat masala if it has sodium, keep it plain.

Papaya is so safe you can practically make it your best friend! Just don't eat the entire fruit in one sitting unless you plan on spending your whole day in the washroom. Keep it to a small bowl daily!

You can eat it daily, but as a diabetic, I always suggest monitoring how your body reacts. I eat about 100 grams of papaya daily around 11 AM, and it has never caused any issues with my HbA1c levels.
