Can diabetics eat pancakes?

My kids love when I make pancakes on Sunday mornings, and I sometimes have one too. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Can I still enjoy pancakes, or are they too high in carbs and sugar for me?

I completely understand the anxiety of wanting to enjoy a normal breakfast while constantly worrying about sugar spikes. Regular pancakes made with refined flour can definitely cause spikes, so it can feel really frustrating to miss out.

Man, breakfast without pancakes is just sad! But since white flour is a sugar monster, I make mine with almond flour or oat flour and throw in some blueberries. Trust me, it tastes amazing and doesn't destroy your glucose levels.

Humare zamane me pancake nahi chilla khate the jo besan ya dal se banta hai. Besan ka chilla sugar ke liye sabse uttam aur surakshit hai, usme dher saari sabziyan daal kar khayein to swasthya ke liye bahut labhdayak hoga.

If you do eat a small pancake, make sure you pair it with eggs for protein and go for a brisk 30-minute walk right after. Staying active helps clear that glucose from your bloodstream, provided your doctor has cleared you for moderate exercise.

Beta, maida wale pancakes se bilkul door raho, wo sugar bahut tezi se badhate hain. Agar bacho ke sath khana hi hai, to ragi ya jowar ke aate se pancake ghar par banao, bina cheeni ke. Wo swasth bhi hai aur swad bhi lagta hai.
