Can diabetics eat oranges?

My father has diabetes, and I always give him seasonal fruits. Right now, oranges are in season. Can he eat them without worrying about his blood sugar levels?

Haan bilkul kha sakte hain, koi tension nahi hai. Bas orange juice mat peena na, pura santra chaba kar khao taaki fiber mile. Juice peene se sugar jaldi badhti hai, par khada phal bilkul safe hai.

Chill, don't stress too much! Oranges are loaded with vitamin C and are super good for you. Just avoid packaged orange juice and eat the actual fruit instead. It's totally fine.

Oranges are totally fine, but don't eat them with the hope that they will cure your sugar levels. It's just a fruit, not a magic potion, so keep it to one a day and enjoy the tangy taste!

Khao khao, koi mana nahi hai par din me ek hi santra kafi hai. Iska matlab ye nahi ki pura dabba kha jao. Portion control sabse badi cheez hai diabetes me.

Yes, you can eat oranges safely. Just make sure to eat the whole fruit instead of drinking the juice.

I used to get so stressed about fruit sugars, but oranges have a low glycemic index which is actually comforting. Just to be absolutely safe, I never eat them late in the evening and always monitor my sugar after.

Oranges are great because the potassium is good for blood pressure, and the fiber helps with sugar. I have one during my morning walks. Make sure you get your BP and sugar checked regularly too.
