Can diabetics eat green beans?

I'm preparing dinner tonight and thinking of making a green beans sabzi. My husband has diabetes, and I always try to pick vegetables that are good for him. Are green beans generally safe and beneficial for diabetics to eat regularly?

Haan bilkul, green beans toh diabetic patients ke liye bahut badhiya hain! Inme fiber kafi hota hai jo sugar control karne me help karta hai. Aap aaram se inki sabzi banakar khao, bas oil thoda kam rakhna, na?

Look, green beans are green vegetables. They are low in carbs and high in fiber, so there is absolutely no reason to avoid them. Stop worrying about every small vegetable and just eat your meals on time.

Yes, they are highly recommended. They have a very low glycemic index and won't spike your blood sugar at all.

I totally get it, when you are diabetic, you start questioning even simple vegetables out of fear. But you can be completely relaxed with green beans. They are incredibly safe, packed with vitamins, and actually great for your overall health.

Based on my experience, eating fresh, sattvik green vegetables like beans is wonderful for the body. When you prepare them with minimal spices and combine this diet with daily morning pranayama, you will see a natural improvement in your energy and glucose levels.
