Can diabetics eat garlic?

I've heard that garlic has many health benefits, like for immunity and heart health. My brother has diabetes, and I was wondering if adding more garlic to his diet would be good for him. Is it safe for diabetics to consume regularly?

I am quite new to managing diabetes and still learning what helps. I heard garlic has many benefits, but should we eat it raw in the morning or is cooking it in normal daily sabzi enough? Please guide me on this, thank you.

I get so anxious trying new foods, but I read that garlic is actually good for blood sugar. Has anyone here noticed a real difference in their daily readings after adding more garlic to their meals? I'd feel much better hearing your experiences.

At this age, my doctor has taken away most of my favorite foods, but thank god garlic is still allowed. It adds great flavor without raising sugar levels, and they say it keeps your heart healthy too. Go ahead and enjoy your garlic-infused dishes.

I barely sleep four hours a night thanks to my job, but garlic is one thing I don't have to worry about. It has zero effect on blood sugar and is actually known to help with heart health and cholesterol. Plus, it makes boring diet food taste amazing!

I track my glucose daily, and garlic has absolutely no negative impact on my sugar levels. In fact, adding fresh garlic to my cooked vegetables and dal is a safe way to enhance flavor without adding unhealthy sauces or sugar. Highly recommended.

According to my nutrition and fitness tracker, garlic is incredibly low-calorie and has no carbs, making it 100% safe for diabetics. Some research even suggests compounds like allicin in garlic can help improve insulin sensitivity. It is a great addition to your meals.
