Can diabetics eat eggs?

My doctor told me to increase my protein intake, and I've started eating more eggs. Is it true that eggs are generally very good for diabetics, or are there any restrictions?

Our elders always say to have boiled eggs for strength, and my uncle who has diabetes eats them daily. But we always double-check with his doctor first. The doctor agreed, saying eggs are an excellent source of protein and healthy fats for him.

Don't worry too much about eggs, they are actually really good for you. They have almost zero carbs, so they won't spike your sugar at all. Just stick to boiled or poached eggs instead of heavy cheese omelettes, and you'll be perfectly fine.

In my journey with yoga and wholesome living, I have seen many people manage diabetes beautifully. Eggs are very rich in protein and keep you full for longer, reducing unhealthy cravings. Keep your body active with light pranayama and enjoy your boiled eggs mindfully.

If you are busy with work and need a quick meal, boiled eggs are the easiest and safest option for diabetes. They are quick to prepare, keep you full till lunch, and won't cause mid-day sugar crashes. Highly recommended for a busy lifestyle.

Yeah bro, eggs are totally safe. I got diagnosed with borderline diabetes last year, and eggs have been my savior for gym breakfast. They don't touch my blood sugar levels at all. Just make them with minimal oil or butter.

I monitor my sugar daily, and eggs are a staple in my diet because they have a glycemic index of zero. However, if you also have high cholesterol or heart issues, you might want to limit the yolks. Always check how your own body responds after eating.

As someone working in healthcare, I can assure you eggs are highly recommended for diabetics due to their high protein and low carb profile. They help with muscle repair and insulin sensitivity. Just keep your cooking style simple, like boiling or scrambling with veggies.
