Can diabetics eat donuts?

I used to love having donuts for breakfast on weekends. After my diabetes diagnosis, I've completely stopped. Are donuts an absolute no-go for diabetics, even in small amounts?

Nahi beta, donut bilkul mat khana. Isme bahut maida aur cheeni hoti hai jo sugar ko bahut tezi se badha deti hai. Humare sehat ke liye yeh bilkul accha nahi hai.

I know sweet cravings are very hard to resist, but donuts are deep-fried and loaded with sugar. Instead of donuts, I eat roasted dry fruits or a small piece of apple when I want something sweet. It is much safer.

Eating donuts can cause a dangerous, sudden spike in your glucose levels. Please check your HbA1c and consult your doctor before indulging in such high-carb, sugary foods.

Donuts have empty calories and refined carbs, which are worst for diabetes. Try chewing a cardamom pod to curb sweet cravings naturally. But if you feel dizzy or have heavy sweating after eating sweet, see a doctor immediately.

Unless you want your sugar levels to do a rocket launch, stay away from donuts! Better to just look at them on Instagram and eat a cucumber instead.

I totally get it, passing by a bakery and smelling fresh donuts is pure torture. But unfortunately, they are highly refined and will spike your sugar instantly. Maybe try making a low-carb almond flour cake at home?
