Can diabetics eat celery?

I'm trying to incorporate more low-calorie, high-fiber veggies into my daily meals for better blood sugar control. Celery is often recommended for weight loss. Can diabetics eat celery, and is it beneficial?

Celery is very low in carbs and super safe, but please don't just rely on eating healthy greens. I ignored my early diabetic symptoms like frequent urination for months, thinking eating veggies would fix it, and ended up in the emergency room. Do get a proper checkup.

Actually, celery has an extremely low glycemic load and is mostly water and fiber. My doctor mentioned that it is great for both blood sugar and managing blood pressure. You can easily add it to salads or soups without worrying.

Celery is practically a free food for diabetics because of its high water content and fiber. It won't spike your sugar levels at all. Just make sure you wash it thoroughly to remove any dirt or pesticide residue before eating.

Hamein toh yahan celery nahi milti aasaani se, par suna hai yeh ek tarah ki kadi patta ya dhaniya jaisi ghaas hoti hai jo sehat ke liye bohot achi hai. Aap bilkul khaiye, isse khoon saaf hota hai aur sugar bhi theek rehti hai.

Celery is actually amazing for salads, yaar. It has almost zero calories and won't touch your sugar levels. I put it in my morning green juice and it works like a charm, highly recommend it!
