Can diabetics eat cabbage?

I'm trying to add more low-carb, high-fiber vegetables to my diet for my diabetes management. Cabbage is easily available and versatile. Is cabbage a good and safe option for diabetics?

Cabbage is a cheat code for dieting and managing sugar. It has almost zero carbs and is packed with fiber, which is perfect for keeping you full. I usually toss a lot of shredded cabbage into my egg scrambles or stir-fries.

I used to worry so much about every vegetable spiking my sugar, but cabbage is one thing you can eat without any anxiety. It is incredibly safe and low glycemic. Just make sure to wash it really thoroughly to avoid any infections.

Cabbage is an excellent vegetable for diabetics. I have been eating cabbage subji for years and it always keeps my post-meal sugar stable. Just avoid cooking it with potatoes, which is a common mistake in Indian households.

Cabbage is highly recommended for diabetics. It contains plenty of fiber and antioxidants that help maintain steady glucose levels.

Yeah bro, cabbage is totally fine. My dad has diabetes and we have patta gobhi at least twice a week. It has barely any carbs so u don't have to think twice about it.

I totally get it, navigating what to eat when you are diagnosed with diabetes is so confusing. Cabbage is one of the safest vegetables you can eat as it is very low in calories and carbs. You can comfortably enjoy it in your meals.

Honestly, I'm too tired to even cook most days, but cabbage is great because you can just chop it and steam it in five minutes. It doesn't spike sugar at all, so it's a completely safe option when you are running low on energy.
