Can diabetics drink beetroot juice daily?

My doctor recently advised me to manage my blood pressure along with my diabetes. I read somewhere that beetroot juice is good for BP. Can diabetics drink beetroot juice daily, or should I limit it?

I make diet charts daily for my son, and daily beetroot juice is a big no. It has too much natural sugar without the fiber to slow it down. Maybe try giving it once or twice a week in very small quantities, and always check their sugar levels after.

Drinking it daily will probably mess up your readings, and then you will end up spending thousands on extra blood tests and doctor visits. Better to stick to simple, low-sugar vegetables like cucumber or karela juice. It is much cheaper and safer in the long run.

With my insulin resistance, I have to be so careful with sweet veggies. Beetroot is great for blood flow, but daily juice might be too much for your system. Honestly, maybe try having a few boiled beetroot slices in your salad instead of juicing it daily.

I monitor my blood sugar thrice a week and tried beet juice daily last year. My fasting numbers went straight up within four days. Now I only eat raw beetroot slices occasionally with lunch. Daily juicing is definitely not recommended.

Roz beetroot juice peena sahi nahi rahega babu. Usme mithaas kaafi hoti hai jo sugar badha sakti hai. Hfte mein ek baar thoda sa pi lo toh chalega, par daily toh bilkul mat karo. Apne doctor se ek baar pooch lena.

In our family, elders say beetroot is very good for purifying the blood. However, for diabetes, daily juice is not advisable as my doctor explicitly warned against it. It is best to consult your physician before starting any such daily routine.

Hey, I totally get why you want to drink it daily since it is so good for skin and energy! But for diabetics, daily beet juice can be a bit of a sugar bomb. Maybe mix it with spinach and celery to dilute the sweetness if you really want it often.

Beta, excess of anything is bad, especially when you have sugar issues. Beetroot is warm and nutritious, but daily juice will stress your pancreas. Have a small bowl of jamun or some amla juice instead, those are much better home remedies for managing sugar.
