Can diabetes go in remission?

I've heard some people say that diabetes can go into remission, especially type 2. Is this actually true, or is it just a temporary improvement in blood sugar control?

Beta, remission possible hai par bohot dhyan rakhna padta hai. Maine dhyan nahi diya toh mujhe kidney ki takleef ho gayi thi. Bina doctor ki dekhrekh aur regular testing ke khud se dawaye band mat karna kabhi.

I was reading some recent medical studies on this. Apparently, significant weight loss and a low-calorie diet can actually put Type 2 diabetes into clinical remission for many people. It's fascinating how much diet can control it.

Maine methi paani, karela juice sab try kiya, par sach bolu toh sabse zyada asar dhoop me ghumne aur mitha band karne se hua. Remission bilkul hota hai agar hum apni dukan ki cheezein khana band kar dein. Himmat rakho!

Haan ji, humare padosi ne apna vajan kam kiya toh unka sugar bilkul normal rehne laga bina kisi dawa ke. Par unhone mehnat bohot ki. Mehnat karoge toh sharir bilkul thik ho sakta hai.

Remission is highly achievable for Type 2 diabetics, especially if caught early. It comes down to dropping body fat, building muscle, and keeping insulin levels low. Combine lifting weights with a solid diet and consult your physician.
