Can diabetes eat peanut butter and jelly?

I'm trying to find healthy snack options, and I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. My dad has diabetes, and he wonders if it's okay for diabetics to eat them in moderation.

Peanut butter can be fine if it has no added sugar, but commercial jelly is loaded with sugar syrup. Eating this can cause a rapid spike. Better to get your HbA1c checked and ask your doctor before making this a regular snack.

I manage thyroid alongside my glucose levels, and modern processed foods can really mess with hormone balance. Jam/jelly is mostly sugar. Please get regular thyroid and diabetes profiles done and follow your doctor's exact diet chart.

Bhaiya, natural peanut butter (bina cheeni wala) toh thik hai, par ye dukan ka jelly mat khao. Iski jagah thoda sa taaza phal kha lo. Agar sugar badhne se chakkar ya kamzori lagti hai toh turant bade hospital jaakar dikhao.

The peanut butter itself is highly nutritious with healthy fats and protein, but the 'jelly' part in a PB&J sandwich is essentially pure sugar. Consult your clinical dietician to find low-glycemic fruit spreads or sugar-free alternatives.

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich bachpan ki yaad dilata hai, haan na. Par regular jam me toh bohot zyada sugar hota hai yaar. Humare doctor ne jam toh bilkul band karne ko bola hai.
