Can dehydration cause stomach pain?

My stomach has been hurting on and off, especially when I don't eat or drink much. My grandmother always says that stomach issues often come from not drinking enough pani. Can dehydration cause stomach pain or discomfort?

Actually yaar, dehydration absolutely ruins your digestion. When there is no water, your stomach acid becomes super strong and starts causing irritation and cramps. Just drink a big glass of water or cool buttermilk, it works like magic.

I was just googling this because my stomach was cramping and I realized I had only drank tea all day. It turns out water is needed for bowel movements, and without it, your intestines cramp up trying to digest food. Really makes me want to drink more water now.

Look, your stomach needs water to function properly, simple as that. If you keep drinking cold drinks and tea instead of water, you will get gas and stomach pain. Stop searching online, go to the kitchen right now, and drink two glasses of plain water.

I used to get frequent bloating and stomach cramps until my health tracker app showed a pattern of low hydration. Water helps dilute stomach acids and keeps the digestive tract moving smoothly. Try tracking your water intake for a week, you'll see a big difference.

Our stomach is the center of our body's fire, and it needs water to remain balanced and peaceful. When we ignore our thirst, the inner balance is lost, causing discomfort. Keep your mind positive, drink pure water with gratitude, and take care of your health.

I totally get it, stomach pain can make you feel so uneasy and miserable throughout the day. Dehydration causes the stomach muscles to cramp up very easily. Just take a warm water bottle, hold it against your belly, and sip some warm water slowly.
