My baby kept me up till 4 AM, and now I'm reading about this. Yes, actually, severe constipation can press on the nerves in your pelvis and cause referred pain down there. Fun times being a guy, right?

While referred pain from pelvic nerves is a known phenomenon, testicular pain can also indicate more serious issues like a hernia or varicocele. Do not try random internet remedies for this. Verify it with a specialist.

Talk about a bad backup causing trouble downstream! The pressure from a full bowel can definitely pinch pelvic nerves and make the boys hurt. Clear the pipes and you should find some relief.

Beta, the nerves in the lower abdomen are all connected. Having warm water and some isabgol at night can help relieve the bowel pressure gently. But if the pain down there is very sharp, do not wait, see a doctor.

My urologist explained that the genitofemoral nerve runs close to the colon. When you are severely constipated, the fecal bulk can compress this nerve, leading to referred testicular pain. He advised clearing the constipation first.

I am experiencing this kind of ache and was really too shy to ask anyone. Does this pelvic nerve pressure go away instantly once the constipation is cured, or does it take some time?

Yes, nerve compression from constipation can cause referred testicular pain. Please get it checked if the pain is sudden or severe.

Bhai, kabz ki wajah se niche ke hisse me dabav padta hai jisse dard ho sakta hai. Aap thoda garm pani pijiye aur pet saaf kijiye. Agar fir bhi dard thik na ho toh doctor ko zaroor dikhayein.

Yes, my husband faced a similar issue when he had severe gastric blockages. The pressure in the pelvic floor can cause referred pain. Keep your digestion smooth with green vegetables, and consult a doctor if it persists.

I tried everything from triphala to warm water, and yes, the pressure absolutely radiates down there when you are blocked. Keeping yourself hydrated is key. If the ache doesn't go after your bowels clear, please visit a clinic.
