I totally get it, feeling constipated and nauseous at the same time is absolutely miserable. When your system is blocked, everything feels backed up and makes you want to throw up. Please rest and sip some warm water.

Yes, when the downward flow of energy (Apana Vayu) is blocked, it tends to push upwards, causing nausea. Gentle deep breathing and sipping warm ginger tea can help soothe your stomach. Please consult a doctor if vomiting persists.

I can only speak from my own experience, but yes, whenever I have been severely constipated for 3-4 days, I start feeling extremely nauseous. It only goes away once my stomach clears out. If you are actually vomiting, do see a doctor.

Look, if the pipes are blocked at the bottom, naturally things will feel uneasy at the top, causing nausea. But actual vomiting is a bit serious. Don't sit at home experimenting with remedies, go show a doctor.

Yes, waste buildup leads to bacterial fermentation, which causes gas and a strong feeling of nausea. Make sure you are drinking enough water and eating green veggies. If you are actively vomiting, skip the gym and see a doctor.
