Yes, in my experience, when the bowels are heavily loaded, they press on the nerves that travel down to the legs. It causes a dull ache. Don't worry, once your stomach clears up, the leg pain usually goes away.

I completely understand how frustrating and weird this is, it used to make me feel so helpless when my legs ached alongside my stomach. The physical connection is real because of the nerves in our pelvis. You are not alone, take care.

Leg pain from constipation is possible due to pelvic nerve compression, but don't just trust random online forums for this. It could also be a circulatory issue or sciatica. Please go verify this with a real doctor.

A backed-up gut puts pressure on your sciatic nerve, which can definitely cause radiating leg pain. Make sure you are drinking enough water and getting decent fiber. Some light stretching can also help relieve that lower body tension.

Haan bilkul, jab pet me bohot zyada pressure hota hai na, toh pairon ki nasoon pe bhi asar padta hai. Mere saath bhi aisa kai baar hua hai. Thoda garm paani piyo aur thoda chahalkadmi karo, aaram milega.

I can only speak from my own experience, but yes, whenever I have severe, multi-day constipation, my thighs and calves start aching. It goes away immediately after I manage to clear my bowels.
