Can constipation cause kidney pain?

Pichle do-teen din se pet saaf nahi ho raha hai, aur ab meri kamar mein, jahan kidney hoti hai, wahan thoda dard feel ho raha hai. Kya constipation ki wajah se kidney mein bhi pain ho sakta hai?

A heavily loaded colon can cause deep back aches that feel like kidney pain. If your doctor rules out anything serious, try daily walks and core stretches. Staying active keeps your digestion moving and prevents these deep muscle aches.

Usually, back pain from gas is mistaken for kidney pain. Drinking warm fennel water (saunf pani) can help release the pressure. But if the pain is very sharp and on one side, please see a doctor immediately to check your kidneys.

I had a similar scare. The heavy pressure in my lower abdomen was causing referred pain to my back, which I thought was my kidney. Increasing water and taking a doctor-approved stool softener solved it. Go get a proper urine test to be sure.

Haan yaar, constipation se jo gas banti hai na, usse back aur side me tez dard ho sakta hai jo lagta hai kidney ka hai. Par kidney ka dard thoda alag hota hai. Ek baar checkup kara lo toh tension khatam ho jayegi.

It might just be a bad backache from gas pressure! Drink lots of water and try eating some ripe papaya. But if the pain is really bad, definitely get it checked by a doc to be safe! 😊

I get bad bloating with my PCOS which sometimes feels like a deep ache near my kidneys. I can't say for sure if constipation causes actual kidney pain, so it is best to consult a doctor. Let's not take a risk with kidney health.
