Can constipation cause chest pain?

Kal se mujhe thoda constipation hai, aur aaj subah uthte hi chaati mein halka dard ho raha tha. Gharwaale bol rahe hain ki ye gas ki wajah se hai, par kya constipation bhi chest pain ka reason ho sakta hai?

With my PCOS, I get crazy bloating and sometimes it feels like chest pressure, but chest pain can be tricky. It might just be trapped gas pushing upwards, but please be careful. It is always better to consult a professional to be safe.

Chest pain is nothing to play with. When I had this, I went straight to Aster Medcity to get an ECG and blood tests. Ask your doctor clearly if it is just gastric pressure or something cardiac, don't assume.

Yes, severe gas from constipation can mimic chest pain. If you have a busy schedule, just do a quick online doctor consultation today itself to rule out anything serious. Don't waste time guessing on forums.

Actually yaar, severe gas due to constipation can feel exactly like chest pain. I freaked out once thinking it was something else, but it was just flatulence. Still, don't take a risk if the pain is radiating, go to a clinic.

Oh god, I get so anxious when this happens to me! Trapped gas from constipation can definitely push up and feel like a heart issue, which is terrifying. Please drink some warm water and try to calm down, but do get it checked if it doesn't go away.

I face this regularly due to chronic acidity and constipation. The gas build-up presses against your diaphragm and causes chest discomfort. Walking around and taking a mild antacid helps me, but check with your doctor first.

My thyroid issues often slow down my digestion, causing bad constipation and upward gas pain in my chest. I highly suggest getting a full panel checkup and talking to your doctor. Regular follow-ups really help manage these sudden scares.

I totally get it, chest pain is so scary and can make you panic instantly. Constipation causes massive bloating which presses upwards, making your chest feel very tight. Please rest, sip warm liquids, and consult a doctor if you feel uneasy.
