Can constipation cause bladder pain?

Meri mummy ko pichle hafte se constipation hai, aur ab woh keh rahi hain ki unhe bladder ke paas bhi pain ho raha hai. Kya constipation se bladder mein bhi dard ho sakta hai?

Yes, a full bowel can push against your bladder and cause discomfort. If your doc says it is fine, try a daily brisk walk for 30 minutes. Movement really helps get the digestion moving and takes the pressure off.

Honestly, please go see a doctor. I ignored bladder-area pain thinking it was just due to my regular constipation, but it was actually a UTI that spread to my kidneys. Better safe than sorry, get a checkup done immediately.

A heavy, constipated gut puts direct pressure on the bladder. I highly recommend adding high-fiber vegetarian foods like oats, papaya, and plenty of leafy greens to your meals. Avoid heavy, refined flour items for a few days to ease the load.

It can happen because of the close proximity of the organs, but you need to be sure. I always go to Apollo to get these things checked. Ask your doctor clearly to rule out any urinary issues or pelvic floor tightness.

Haan, bilkul ho sakta hai. Jab pet saaf nahi hota toh niche pressure padta hi hai na. Try drinking warm water throughout the day and see if it helps relieve that heavy feeling. Par jyada dard ho toh doctor ko dikha lena.
